La Sicilia migliore dei modi! Sicilia at its best!
☺Der erste Eindruck nach der Ankunft auf Sizilien war ein außerordentlicher Aufenthalt über 3 Tage im Agriturismo der feinsten Art bei Maria und Fabrizio. Sehr schöne geräumige Zimmer, hervorragende Bewirtung am Abend eingeleitet von einem leichten Spumante vor dem dreigängigem Menü auf der überdachten Terrasse. Alles regionale und selbst angebaute Produkte, selbst gebackenes Brot. Die morgendliche Präsentation der überaus reichhaltlichen Frühstückstische sprengte jeden bisher bekannten Rahmen, ergänzt um die Option Spumante für eine vorgezogene Siesta und entspannende Tage. Maria und Frabrizo waren aufmerksame Gastgeber, so dass wir das Terre di Himera gerne weiterempfehlen für alle, die nach einem ruhigen und gehobenen Aufenthalt, abseits aller touristischen Brennpunkte suchen.

☹Ein kleine Randbemerkung, wenn man abends etwas später zurückkommt, sollten eventuelle späte Getränkewünsche angemeldet werden.

Really lovely welcoming place with lovely people and just a super stay. Lush.

A renouveler pour l'acceuil le cadre et la gentillesse des propriétaires
☺L’accueil est très chaleureux le couple qui tient cette maison est vraiment disponible et sympathique. Le petit déjeuner est très bon avec les produits maison, variés, copieux. 
La chambre confortable et très propre. Le cadre champêtre et très propre.
A recommander pour se reposer ou comme pied à terre pour visiter Cefalu, Palerme etc etc

Top tier agricultural B&B experience with incredible food.
☺ Breakfast was amazing - over the top. Everything locally sourced. Maria's baked breakfast cakes were excellent. Fresh fruit, capicola, fresh mozzarella, fig cookies, fruit tarts, homemade marmalades, croissants - too much! Maria and Fabrizio were wonderful hosts. They enjoyed spending time with us, chatting about their lives and how they built the business. They genuinely wanted to ensure that all of our needs were being met and it was way more than we anticipated. They serve full dinners two nights each week and light dinners the rest of the week except on Mondays when they take an evening off. The "light" dinner included white wine, swordfish pasta with eggplant, pistachio gelato cake and an appetizer. Everything was great and authentic. We would like to return and will on our next trip to Sicily. Hidden gem just a short drive to/from Cefalu. A welcome respite from the city. Their olive oil is the best!

☺het ontbijt was fantastisch met zelfgemaakt zuurdesem brood, zelfgemaakte jam van fruit uit de tuin, boter uit noord Italie, vers gemaakte cakes.
veel dingen waren zelf gemaakt, olijfolie, zeep, shampoo, heel leuk
